No boil neipa. 5 gallons post boil 5. 5 gallons of finished beer (post boil). 91, SRM 4. Homebrewing a NEIPA beer can be challenging, but you won’t be sorry you did. I think you oughta put some hops in the boil. I have tried no boil before and I am not sure your method is really what I would call no boil. If anyone is looking for an extremely fast, easy, affordable extract brew you should definitely give this one a try. It would be more interesting to me to compare a traditional neipa with one where the bittering hops were added at mash-in and whirlpool hops where added at 30 min during mash, then cooled to pitch yeast.
